Voiding Charge on a Split Bill

To void an individual split charge previously made on the cashier app, follow the steps below:

From the Cashier App, navigate to the Transactions page (via the button on the bottom right of the screen). Locate the ticket you wish to void.




Swipe left on the transaction you wish to void to reveal the "Void" button. Tap on "Void".


 

A keypad will open, at which point the manager's pin should be entered (MM/DD).




Click confirm to void the charge, only the select charge will be voided.
