Void a Charge on a Previously Paid Order

Learn how to void an order on a previously paid order

From the cashier app, locate the ticket you need to void. The ticket should have a green check, indicating the ticket has already been charged.  



Navigate to the transactions page. The button is located at the bottom right of the page.




Swipe left on the transaction you would like to void to reveal the void button.


A keypad will open, at which point the manager's pin should be entered (MM/DD).


Click confirm to void the charge.
