Learn About the Transactions Page

The transaction page on the Merchants console provides many helpful features to keep updated on transactions, find specific translation, and do refunds.

In this article, we will go over the features of the transaction page.


From the Merchant Console homepage, tap on the “transaction” tab on the left side of the page. A page will pop-up with all the transactions from all the locations under your account.



Each transaction will show the amount, currency, status, location, customer, payment method and date. If you click on an individual transaction, payment details such as tax, tip and donation will appear, assuming those features are enabled.



The transaction page can help find individual transactions using the filter on the top right corner of the page. The metrics in the filter are the location, date, and last 4 digits of the cc. To set the filter, check the box next to the filter you wish to use, and input the desired location/date range/CC info. 



The filter feature can help search for a transaction that happened a while ago, in case you need to make a refund.

Learn About the Transaction Details Page

Clicking on a specific transaction will provide you with information about the amount, date, location, and payment details of a transaction. You are able to refund a transaction, and retrieve a customer receipt. You can also click on the ticket reference number to see related transactions (split payments) and ticket details.
