How to Retrieve a Payment Confirmation Receipt
As a merchant, you may be required to retrieve a payment confirmation receipt from a past transaction.
From the homepage, select the transactions tab.
Select the relevant transaction from the list. You may need to use the filter on the top right corner of the page to locate the relevant transaction. To set the filter, check the box next to the filter you wish to use, and input the desired location/date range/CC info.
This will bring you to the transaction details page. Click "View Receipt".
This page will take you to the payment confirmation receipt.
