User Access on Reseller Console
Adding a Reseller user from a Reseller account
As a Reseller, you may need to add another user who will have access to the Console account. To add a user, go to the “setting” tab.
Under account settings, there will be a field to add new users. Click “+New”.
Enter the user's name and email. They will receive an email to this address inviting you to your console account.
If they have not responded to your invite, you can resend the invite from the user module.
You can also delete users from this page
Adding a Merchant user from a Reseller account
As a Reseller, you may need to add a user to one of your Merchant’s accounts. They will have access to the Merchant console account you add them to. To add a user, go to the Merchant you want to add this user to.
Under Merchant details, there will be a field to add new users. Click “+New”.
Enter the user's name and email. They will receive an email to this address inviting you to your console account.
If they have not responded to your invite, you can resend the invite from the user module.
You can also delete users from this page.
