Step 2: Once you have installed the Copper Connect app on an iOS device, please open the  Copper Connect app and ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your iOS device.

Step 3: Make sure the Copper Cord is still in Provisioning Mode and blinking white. If it’s not still blinking white, hold down the button on the Copper Cord again until it begins flashing white  and then release the button to put the Copper Cord back in Provisioning Mode.

Step 4: Select “Scan” in the Copper Connect app to locate the nearby Copper Cord(s) in Provisioning Mode. If there are multiple Copper Cords in Provisioning Mode and in range, each  cord should be visible via the Connect app.

Step 5: Press the button to access the Wi-Fi Network Selection screen.

Step 6: Enter the Network Name and Password for the merchant’s WiFi and select “Ok”.

Step 7: Once you enter the WiFi information and select “Ok”, the cord will attempt to connect to  WiFi and you will see the following:

            1. Blinking Blue: The Copper Cord is trying to connect to WiFi.

2. Blinking Green: The Copper Cord is trying to connect to Copper’s backend.

            3. Solid Green: The Copper Cord is online. SUCCESS!
