How to Refund a Transaction from Console
Learn how to refund a transaction in Console
From the Console homepage, tap on the transaction tab on the left of the screen.
Select the transaction that need to be refunded
Tap on the refund button at the top right of the screen
It will prompt a pop-up with the amount and reason for the refund
Tap refund and the transaction will be refunded.
